We invite you to join us for a 3 day workshop packed with high vibes and a relax atmosphere which will help you to ground and go deeper into your practice.

When yoga works….

BIO: 
 
Mikko Sepinnen: Characterised by his gentle, kind & one to one guidance and personal  approach to the practice; he delivers the tool in a traditional way; making sure that one is able to customize the practice; and use it in the most resourceful way. No dogma is one of the things we have learnt from him; and that one practice does not fit all. 
 
Mikko has received the Level 2 teaching authorization by KPJAYI. and is the Co-founder of Mysore Yoga CPH; currently living in Finland and traveling across the world to teach mindfulness and Yoga.

YOGA Workshop with Susanna Finocchi

 
We are happy to announce that Susanna Finocchi will be teaching in Odense during July 2019.  Sharing the news about her considering Odense and the Southern part of Denmark to spread her teachings and experience. 

She will be conducting a weekend workshop to deep into the Astanga practice and offer the  opporunity to recconect withourself; taking one breath at the time. Susanna is authorized, level II, by both Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois from KPJYAI Mysore in India; and a worldwide and caring teacher. Cofounder and teacher of Astanga Yoga Copenhage, now she is traveling and teaching in Europe and Italy; where she is origanilly from.

Led Primary class with the vinyasa counting in Sanscrit. Easy breathing and relaxation.                                                                       

To join the Led Primary class is always a good opportunity to increase your own strength and stamina, to refine your practice and the vinyasa method. (And to prepare for maybe joining R. Sharath Jois workshop in Copenhagen 17-22 July 2019 )

Chanting, Theroy and Practice
Chanting the Sanscrit alphabet, the Shanti Mantra , the asana names and numbers in Sanscrit helps to get familiar with the pronunciation and to calm down the mind. Brief Introduction to Astanga Yoga philosophy and parampara.
Introduction to the Vinyasa system exploring the Sun salutations and the standing asana.

Sunday 9.00-11.00
Mysore
Individual class in a group setting. Every student gets individual adjustments, instructions and personal advices from Susanna to deepen their own yoga practice.

Sunday 12.30-14:30
Chanting, theory and Pracrtice
Chanting Shanti Mantra, the asana names and numbers in Sanscrit. We will also chant Ganesha japa for 108 times, one of the most ancient, effective ways to calm and concentrate the mind.

EXTERNAL WORKSHOPS

BHAKTI YOGA Workshop with Nadine Sandjo

Bhakti is devotion; devotion comes with intention.
Whether you have been practicing yoga asanas for a week or 10 years, this workshop will give you the opportunity to go back to the root and ground your practice with the correct intention.
We will begin our session by singing the guru mantra to clear up the nadis, the energy channels. 
We will then move onto a Yogasana practice to cultivate that intention and move the energy throughout the body -with the breath.
We will then finish our session with a long relaxation session to enjoy the benefits of the practice and really let the intention sink in.
Come with a playful and open mind, and experience Yogasana with a Cameroonian twist to it.
